Ed Whitcomb is a WWII hero, a former Secretary of State and Governor of Indiana who sailed around the world in his own 30 foot boat at age 72. Governor Whitcomb personifies all that is best about Indiana: service, patriotism, integrity, courage and common sense conservative values.
